Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused servers who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. This is a great opportunity to earn excellent income while spending time in one of New Mexico's most beautiful mountain communities. We offer competitive hourly wage plus tips. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and drinks with professionalism and efficiency. Recommend menu items, wines, and specials. Maintain a clean and organized dining area. Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Process guest payments and maintain accurate tabs. Requirements Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
