Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help elevate every guest interaction, making each visit memorable. Whether guiding guests through our menu, upselling specialty items, or maintaining a spotless dining environment, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, vibrant setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering duties accurately at the end of shifts Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements efficiently Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly Follow all food safety protocols including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or kitchen support is advantageous Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
