Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food service, beverage knowledge, and customer relations will create memorable moments for our guests. This paid position offers a vibrant environment where your hospitality skills can shine, and your passion for the food industry can grow. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and sales processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, serving areas, and dining spaces Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining settings Alcohol Serving License (Must obtain within 2 weeks of start date) Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a genuine hospitality mindset Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, spirits handling, and upselling techniques Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy and dedication elevate every guest's experience.
