The Butcher Now Hiring:

Part-Time Restaurant Server The Butcher is looking for a reliable, energetic, and guest-focused Part-Time Server to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, we'd love to meet you. Weekend availability is required, including Sundays. Bartending experience is a plus.

Schedule Wednesday-Friday:

9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday:

8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. This is a part-time, daytime position with hourly pay plus tips , and every shift includes an employee meal. Responsibilities Prepare dining areas with attention to cleanliness and presentation. Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Deliver food and beverages promptly. Recommend menu items and pairings. Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and fellow team members. Resolve guest concerns professionally and positively. Process guest payments accurately. Assist fellow servers to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience preferred. Bartending experience is a plus. Cash handling experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail. Positive attitude and team-first mentality. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
