The ideal candidate will be proactive in their regular responsibilities and comfortable stepping into new roles and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

Valid New Mexico Food Handler's certification Comfortably lift a minimum of 30 pounds Efficient professional communication skills Customer service skills Must have open availability Role and Responsibilities Provide upbeat, helpful customer service. Build and maintain a working familiarity with the Sadie's menu including dishes, sides, and combination/meal structure offerings. Clear tables in the seating area of dishes and debris consistent with state standards of sanitation. "Pre-buss" (remove empty dishes during the course of the guest's meal) tables to maintain clean, comfortable seating for guests. Prepare tables between guest seatings. Greet tables and provide start-of-meal items (chips & salsa, drinks). Proactively refill drinks, chips and salsa, and other items throughout the duration of guest visits. Complete beginning of service sanitation and cleaning routines. Complete end of service sanitizing and cleaning routines.
