Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met according to industry regulations Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining venues Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols required for safe service delivery Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Serving or host/hostess experience is advantageous for creating welcoming atmospheres Basic math proficiency for cash handling, billing, and order calculations necessary for smooth operations Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver exceptional service in a lively environment!
