Civil Process Server

Responsibilities:

• Serve legal documents to individuals involved in civil court cases
• Ensure that all documents are delivered in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all served documents
• Provide detailed reports on the status of each service
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Follow all legal requirements and regulations regarding process serving

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Note:

Experience as a process server is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
