Job Summary The Club at Las Campanas is Back Servers / Food Runners / Bussers to support our Food & Beverage team during our busiest season. In this role, you help create an exceptional experience for our members and their guests through fast, polished service support. You bring energy, professionalism, and a hospitality-first attitude. You enjoy working as part of a team, staying organized, and moving quickly in a high-end environment. Primary Responsibilities Provide hospitable, customized service to members and guests Follow Las Campanas etiquette and service standards at all times Serve water as members and guests are seated Learn members names and use guest names whenever possible Serve as a key connection between front-of-house and back-of-house teams Run food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the dining room Assist servers with setup, service execution, and cleanup Pre-bus tables and keep them free of dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, debris, bottles, and plateware Reset tables quickly and correctly for service Stock service stations (ice, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, etc.) Polish glassware and silverware as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Support banquet, catering, and special event setups and breakdowns Participate in department sanitation and quality audits Partner with other team members to ensure member satisfaction Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management Where You May Work Seasonal team members may support service in: Fine dining restaurant outlets Lounge / steakhouse service Casual dining and pool/spa café Snack bars and golf outlets Banquets, weddings, tournaments, and special events Qualifications Skills & Abilities Energetic, reliable, and professional with a great attitude Strong hospitality mindset and guest awareness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact with members and staff at all levels in a friendly, polished manner Team-player mentality and positive working relationships Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English Able to follow instructions and meet quality standards Comfortable using POS systems (or willing to learn) Experience Previous experience as a food runner, busser, back server, server assistant, barback, or banquet support preferred Fine dining or full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred Must participate in training and be able to pass written or verbal tests covering: Club etiquette and performance standards Menus, ingredients, and preparation Service standards and property expectations Education / Certifications Alcohol Server Certification (required or must obtain by start date, depending on assignment) ServSafe / Food Handler Card (preferred) Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to push/pull carts up to 200 lbs Ability to stand for long periods Ability to bend, stoop, balance, and move quickly Ability to assist in moving furniture when necessary Ability to move freely throughout a multi-floor building
