Server/Cashier

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections, ensuring they have all the information needed to make satisfying choices Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick turnaround times Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations efficiently and accurately, maintaining proper cash handling procedures Prepare simple food items according to safety standards, including basic food handling and sanitation practices Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and food prep stations by bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, demonstrating culinary experience and teamwork skills Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math for sales upselling Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail environment is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
