Server/Cashier

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments efficiently and accurately Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness and organization Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining setting Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support food safety protocols and sanitation practices to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems Previous host/hostess or serving experience demonstrates strong guest relations skills Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling is essential Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales while enhancing guest enjoyment is a plus Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining quality service Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment!
