Help customers exchange large bills for small denomination bills when needed. Assists with stocking and general cleaning.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates and promotes positive customer and guest relations. Serves drinks to customers. Assists with stocking supplies. Keeps workstations clean and sanitary at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Wear a uniform and groom appropriately. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy for dealing with customers. Must have basic math skills. Must be 21 years of age. Physical Requirements - the ability to lift materials up to 30 lbs.; stand and walk for long periods of time; push, pull, bend, stoop, and squat; tolerance to being exposed to a smoke-filled environment. Experience Minimum of 6 months' experience working with the public utilizing customer relations.
