Food Server Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will have prior food service experience, proficiency with POS systems, and a good understanding of spirits to assist guests with beverage selections. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems efficiently Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and spirits to enhance guest experience Ensure all orders are delivered correctly and in a timely fashion Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas as needed Skills Previous food service experience is required, with a strong focus on customer service excellence Proficiency with POS systems for order processing and billing purposes Knowledge of spirits and beverages to confidently assist guests in making selections Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while providing attentive service Join our team as a Food Server if you are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and possess the skills necessary to excel in a vibrant dining environment.
