You will deliver attentive table service, from greeting guests and explaining menus to accurately taking orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable about food and beverages, and confident with POS systems and cash handling. You'll uphold food safety standards, support teammates, and create memorable dining experiences for every guest in a fast-paced resort environment. Responsibilities Provide attentive, friendly table service in the restaurant and lounge. Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials and promotions. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate order delivery. Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance guest experience and check average. Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance checks accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and service areas. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations and company policies. Support teammates and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
