We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your friendly and attentive service will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Monitor tables for additional needs, such as refilling drinks or clearing plates
- Process guest payments, handle cash, and provide accurate change
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Skills:
- Proficient in using OpenTable or similar reservation software
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent guest relations abilities
- Knowledge of bussing procedures and table setup
- Understanding of hospitality principles
- Basic food preparation knowledge (e.g., garnishing, plating)
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Familiarity with food service regulations and safety standards
