As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments. Experience with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, especially during busy periods. Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is an advantage but not required. Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to guests and team members.
