Experienced Server

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, experienced server to join our team at our upscale restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a server, you will be responsible for providing guests with an exceptional dining experience, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and assisting with other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and taking their orders Providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu Serving food and drinks in a timely manner Checking on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Handling guest complaints and resolving issues as needed Maintaining a clean and organized work area Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth dining experience Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant preferred Strong knowledge of food and beverage Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Must be at least 18 years old
