We offer a variety of food, full bar, family fun atmosphere, and will have gaming. We are looking for part time and full time servers to join our Cook'd family! Server A server acts as the primary point of contact between guests and the kitchen, responsible for creating an enjoyable, memorable, dining experience. They must excel in multi-tasking, communication, and working as a team player in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, take orders accurately, input them into the POS system, and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Assist with cleaning, clearing, and sanitizing tables as needed. Working as a team and helping each other run food, drinks, etc.
- Checking in with tables to ensure guest satisfaction and addressing any further needs.
- Performing opening/closing duties such as rolling silverware, stocking stations, and ensuring cleaning checklist is completed.
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional, strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and carry food, drinks, and other restaurant items
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, employees, customers, and problem solve when needed Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
