Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism and flair, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process cash and card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide knowledgeable wine and beverage recommendations, including spirits and cocktail options, to elevate guest satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially fine dining or casual upscale environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong advantage Demonstrated ability in upselling beverages, wines, spirits, and menu items to increase sales revenue Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest relations expertise Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with cocktail preparation, beverage service, and wine knowledge is desirable Ability to process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly in a fast-paced setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy makes every guest feel special!
