Pay:

$12 per hour + tips Position Summary As a Server at David's Grill, you'll deliver an exceptional dining experience to our members, golfers, and local guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable moments, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in providing polished, attentive service in a high-energy setting. Key Responsibilities Provides prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all members and guests Maintains full knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including daily features Takes accurate food and beverage orders and enters them correctly into the point-of-sale system Serves food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Ensures compliance with all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards, including verifying legal drinking age and monitoring guest consumption Checks back with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipates needs Suggests and upsells menu items such as desserts, coffee, and specialty beverages Processes cash and credit card payments according to established procedures Maintains clean, organized, and guest-ready tables, dining areas, and workstations Addresses guest concerns promptly and professionally and escalates when appropriate Maintains a polished and professional appearance at all times Completes opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned Supports team members and assists with additional tasks as needed Qualifications 1+ year of food service experience preferred Understanding of both casual and upscale dining service standards Must meet state requirements for serving alcohol Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Regular and dependable attendance required If you're looking to be part of a dynamic team at a beautiful golf course and a restaurant that the community loves, we'd love to meet you.
