What You'll Do Deliver genuine, attentive, and personalized service from greeting to farewell. Guide guests through our menu, daily specials, craft beers, cocktails, and beverage selections. Accurately enter food and drink orders into the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive hospitality. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile checks accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked section throughout each shift. Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, and management to ensure seamless service. Follow all Nevada health, safety, alcohol service, and company policies. Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere that Lucky Beaver is known for. What We're Looking For Previous serving experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person. Positive attitude with excellent communication and people skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
