Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
• Assisting in setting up tables and maintaining a clean work environment
• Collaborating with servers to ensure efficient service
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and servers to fulfill customer requests
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling procedures
• Experience using Aloha POS system is a plus
• Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards
• Culinary background or training is beneficial
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to assist customers effectively
