- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Process payments using the Aloha POS system
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests ```Experience```
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for processing payments accurately
- Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with bussing tables and assisting other team members as needed
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Culinary knowledge is a plus for explaining menu items to customers
