$16.00 per hour + tips. 42 Fusion is a small Mexican and Italian restaurant on Front Street in Ballston Spa, and we have two server spots open. What the job is. You take care of your tables from hello to the check: greet people, explain the menu, take the order and keep the night moving. You will know the menu well enough to suggest a dish, the arancini, the short ribs or the churros, and say it like you mean it, and you work with the kitchen and the bar so the food and the drinks land at the table together. What we're looking for. Restaurant experience is a plus, not a requirement; if you have it, tell us where. This job suits someone warm and organised who can hold four tables in their head and still smile at the fifth. It is a small room with a regular crowd, evenings only. Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol in New York. Pay and tips. $16.00 per hour, the full New York State minimum wage, plus tips, and the tips are good on a Friday and Saturday. Schedule.
