For more than 35 years, our family has been helping Western New York celebrate life's biggest moments. We pride ourselves on great food, genuine hospitality and providing our guests with a welcoming, memorable experience. Position Overview We are looking for dependable, energetic and friendly Banquet Servers to join our event team. Banquet Servers work alongside our Event Leads, kitchen staff, bartenders and other servers to provide excellent service from setup through the end of the event. Responsibilities Set tables and prepare event spaces before guests arrive Serve hors d'oeuvres, plated meals, buffet/station service and beverages Clear plates, glassware and tables throughout the event Refill water and respond to guest needs Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas Communicate with the Event Lead and kitchen during service Assist teammates wherever needed to keep events running smoothly Assist with cleanup, breakdown and closing duties at the end of the event What We're Looking For Friendly, professional and guest-focused Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to work well as part of a team Previous banquet, catering or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Availability for mid-day, evening and weekend shifts Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
