As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring an excellent dining experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Process payments using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times. Experience Previous experience as a Server or in food service is preferred. Experience as a host/host is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is advantageous. Background in hotel or guest services can enhance your application. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
