What will you do? Greet guests, communicate drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage orders Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures Enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver them to guests Observe and follow up with guests, ready to provide additional service Prepare and deliver the guest checks; accept and process payment or direct guests to the cashier More about you Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to obtain a New York gaming license Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names Basic math skills Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions Ability to lift, balance and carry trays, weighing up to 35 pounds Shift details Evenings Holidays Weekends 8hr shift
