Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, drinks, and cocktails efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales using POS systems, and manage billing with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting in food handling and preparation when needed Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options to elevate the dining experience Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Proven ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly Previous restaurant experience in fine dining or casual settings preferred Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing sales efficiently Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in a lively atmosphere!
