Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with food handling and kitchen support as needed Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining atmosphere Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience in fine dining or casual settings is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.
