Job Description
Overview This is not a seasonal job! This job requires someone who can work all year round- Morning shifts on weekdays are required. Morning or evening shifts on weekends is a plus. We are seeking an honest and responsible person who also is very friendly and detail-oriented to join our Ice Cream Maker/Server team. In this role, you will be responsible for making ice cream products, serving customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with fellow team members to deliver exceptional products to our customers. Duties Perform opening procedures when come to work. Cleaning dishes & tubs and mop the floor. Refill ice cream mix into machines. Refill toppings, cups, lids , napkins and spoons. Prepare soft serve mix according to established recipes for various ice cream flavors. Make all kinds of novelties base on daily consumption. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions they may have about our products. Take customized cake orders. Making cake molds and prepare whip cream as requested. Clean, maintain and operate ice cream machines and equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Support the team in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the service area. Perform closing procedure at end of the day. Requirements Be honest and reliable and always come to work on time. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for processing customer orders is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
