Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! In this lively role, you'll deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items such as specialty cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling and serving Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tables or stations Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
