Server About the Role We're looking for a friendly, reliable Server who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming dining experience. The ideal candidate is attentive, works well with others, and brings a positive attitude to every shift. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen and bar. Serve food and drinks promptly and check in with guests throughout their meal. Answer menu questions and communicate special requests or dietary concerns accurately. Process payments and handle transactions accurately. Keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and ready for guests. Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties. Follow management's direction and work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly. Follow restaurant policies and food safety standards. Qualifications Professional presentation and good personal hygiene. Warm, outgoing personality and a guest-focused approach. Responsible, punctual, and dependable. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Able to follow direction and work well with management and coworkers. Able to stay organized and attentive in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
