Food Runners | Camp Rubirosa - East Hampton Hiring Food Runners for the summer season. Camp Rubirosa operates with the pace and energy of a New York City restaurant in the middle of the Hamptons summer season. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented runners who can move with urgency, communicate clearly, and support a high-level guest experience during busy services. Responsibilities Run food accurately and efficiently during high-volume service Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the dining room Assist servers and support staff to ensure smooth service flow Learn menu items, table numbers, and service standards quickly Requirements Restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work quickly while staying organized and professional Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand and move for extended periods during service Full-time availability including weekends and holidays Competitive pay, strong team culture, staff dining, and opportunity for growth within the Rubirosa family.
