Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Qualifications Prior restaurant experience or food service background, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and basic math is essential Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols Knowledge of food industry terminology and culinary processes is a plus Open availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
