Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring the reliable operation of complex machinery and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance expertise, combined with proven management and supervisory skills. Duties Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical panels, and mechanical components Develop and implement maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately Manage facilities maintenance activities related to HVAC, low voltage systems, high voltage equipment, and industrial machinery Coordinate projects involving equipment upgrades or installations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory for compliance and continuous improvement purposes Skills Strong management and supervisory experience in industrial or manufacturing environments Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical systems Proficiency with work order management and asset tracking Solid understanding of facilities management including HVAC systems and general building maintenance Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance tasks Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals accurately Experience with Ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting Leadership skills with a focus on team development, safety compliance, and project management Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting Join us as a Lead Maintenance Technician to be at the forefront of maintaining operational excellence!
