Tony's Italian grill is now hiring Servers. The following will be expected of applicants: Directly handle and interact with customers in a prompt, polite, and professional manner, even with the most demanding of guests. Ability to manage several tables at once and in different dining rooms through out the restaurant. Ability to properly time guest's dinner experience, so they are giving prompt service without feeling rushed. Ability to multitask between different tasks, such as taking orders, getting drinks, and running food. Must be able to keep a neat and orderly work space, such as ensuring that table courses are cleared before the next course is served. Must be able to work with fellow staff as part of a cohesive team. Must be able to learn and understand our menu in it's entirely, including beer, wine, and liquor. Must be able to learn and understand our touchscreen POS system. Tony's Italian Grill is one of Endicott's premier Italian/American restaurants. Proudly serving the community for over 40 years. Tony's is a high volume, fast paced, high demand, family restaurant, with a devoted following of regular customers. Applicants should consider this when applying. This is a front of house position, applicants are required to be punctual and maintain a professional appearance. Applicants will be held to the highest standards, and understand they are joining a very low turn-over team. Most of the employees at Tony's have been here for 10 or more years. Closed on Sundays, and most major holidays.
