Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS. Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to restaurant standards for presentation and quality. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest concerns. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive guest relations. Uphold high standards of service in accordance with protocols and restaurant policies. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with sales techniques and an understanding of guest relations are advantageous. Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration within the restaurant staff. No experience necessary, willing to train. Speaking multiple languages a plus but not required. 2 shifts available - Morning shift 11am-5:30pm Night shift 5pm-closing
