Expeditor and Food Runner

What You'll Do:

Act as the critical link between kitchen and service team, ensuring smooth communication at all times Organize and manage ticket flow to maintain proper pacing of courses Inspect plates for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they reach guests Coordinate timing between stations to deliver a seamless dining experience Support the team during peak service while maintaining composure and precision

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Clear, confident communicator with a calm, solutions-focused mindset Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Availability for nights, weekends, and peak summer holidays
