Job Description

Compensation:
$15 hourly Responsibilities Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations Actively engage in pre-shift to obtain a thorough knowledge of any events, specials, reservations, or dietary restrictions for the shift Restock and clean as required, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes Welcome customers upon arrival and promptly greet them, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve meals, and meet any special requirements or requests Qualifications Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers Prior food service industry experience is highly desired Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
