Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their visit. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring their needs are met. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and dietary restrictions. Process payments using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Assist with training new staff members as needed. Skills Previous experience as a Host/Host or in Food Service is preferred. Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems Experience in the restaurant or hotel industry is advantageous. Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally when taking reservations or answering inquiries.
