Paid training is provided to help you succeed from day one! Duties Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve food items, ensuring quality standards and food safety regulations are met at all times. Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote sanitation and food safety. Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and accurately process cash and card payments. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and food handling stations in compliance with sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, cafes, or food industry roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates. Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper handling of kitchen equipment. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing customer orders effectively. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude. Food handling certification or willingness to obtain necessary food safety certifications upon hire is preferred.
