Overview:

Join our team as a Server at The Woods Inn (under new management) and be a part of delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and guest relations, with a knack for providing top-notch customer service in a fine dining setting. Base Pay is $10.00 an hour base pay, not including tips Each shift, employees get a free meal included

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables promptly while ensuring accuracy
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for order processing and bill calculations
• Familiarity with Toast or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding service standards
