TOAST POS

Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail service, wine pairing, spirits, and beverage service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction while increasing sales revenue Process cash transactions accurately, handle credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions about menu items such as food safety, wine knowledge, or cocktail ingredients
