Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, including food preparation details, wine pairings, and beverage options like cocktails and spirits Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing activities Assist with setting up tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments enhances your ability to excel in this role Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly Join us to deliver outstanding service in a lively atmosphere where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience memorable!
