Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct processing of sales transactions Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Manage cash handling responsibilities efficiently while processing payments accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
