Join the dynamic team at Orienta Beach Club, where we provide outstanding service in a fast-paced, fun, and welcoming atmosphere. Our seasonal operations thrive during the summer, offering high-quality food and beverage experiences for our members and their guests. We are currently hiring a Seasonal Server to join our front-of-house team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences from July through October. A full-time position may be available for the right candidate.Job Summary:
As a Server, you will be the face of our food and beverage team, responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to our members and guests. You'll take orders, deliver meals and beverages, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, reliable, and thrives in a team-oriented, high-volume environment.Please note:
This is a non-tipping environment. Servers are paid a competitive hourly wage and are expected to work as a cohesive team to ensure high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Monitor tables and respond quickly to member needs and requests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, timely service. Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections, including resetting tables and stocking service stations. Support the team by bussing, running food, or hosting as needed—flexibility is a must. Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and other service-related tasks. Ensure compliance with all club policies and health/safety regulations.Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. Previous serving experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.Job Type:
