Steigs Grillhouse is looking for friendly, energetic team members to join our front-of-house staff. As an Order Taker/Food Runner, you'll be the face of our restaurant—greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food, and helping create a great dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take food and beverage orders Enter orders accurately into the POS system and process payments Answer menu questions and provide recommendations Deliver food to tables quickly and accurately Answer phones and take takeout orders Maintain a clean and organized dining room Clear and reset tables Restock condiments, utensils, and dining room supplies Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties

Qualifications:

Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Restaurant experience is a plus but not required Due to regulations with equipment used in this position, applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
