Job Summary We are looking for hardworking, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to join our restaurant as an Expo/Food Runner and/or Busser. Duties Assist the kitchen with food running duties by ensuring dishes are delivered accurately and promptly to guests. Work the expo station by organizing and checking plates before they leave the kitchen. Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Communicate clearly with the kitchen, servers, and management to keep service running smoothly, Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and back-of-house spaces through regular cleaning routines. Clear and reset tables efficiently by bussing, cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a pristine dining environment. Refill water and assist with basic guests needs when necessary. Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist with opening and closing duties, Hekp wherever needed during busy periods as part of a team. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including bussing or food running roles. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following safe lifting practices for items like trays or boxes. Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests. Experience with cleaning, kitchen work, or food preparation is highly desirable.
