Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently during shifts Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Culinary experience or understanding of food preparation enhances service quality Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in bussing tables, host/host duties, or nightclub service is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members seamlessly within a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
