Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting dinner selections and beverage options. Accurately take food and beverage orders Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Follow food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards in food service operations. Assist in setup of tables or cleaning work areas. Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining or catering experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Ability to manage tables efficiently with excellent time management skills. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in fast-paced environments that require adaptability and teamwork is advantageous.
