Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items like wines, specialty cocktails, or appetizers to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Ensure food safety protocols are followed during all stages of service and food handling Foster guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with fine dining or nightclub service enhances your ability to excel in this role Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service is desirable Strong math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, expert sales techniques, and a genuine love for hospitality!
